Sunday in Mexico City Part I

These are some pictures from the Sunday sightseeing in Mexico City.

These are some of the animals that decorated the Templo Mayor. There were also eagles, snakes and human skulls.

And for the altar at the Templo Mayor...

This is the main altar from the Stage IV temple site at Templo Mayor... yeah this is where the sacrifices took place.

Then we saw some indigenous dancing in costume...

We also saw the Riveras, Orozcos, and Siquieros but had to pay to photgraph them, so we will have to describe them to you... But we did go to the Palacio Nacional and Moriah took this picture of the Rivera in the grand staircase.
